You might check New Horizons RV web site, they sell only factory direct & custom build any floorplan you want. They are in Junction City, Kansas, on I-70.

WE have a 2008 252FWRLS, and love it. We got it last October, We have pulled it from Kansas to Miami, Florida in January - Have pulled it all over Kansas & Nebraska this year, camped in it about 60 nights & have had no problems whatsoever. absolutely LOVE IT !!!!!!!

I've found that if when aiming, (hooked to satellite 119) it comes in a lot easier if you set receiver on transponder 01.

Yes
I Got a hose for a sidekick grill, which plugs onto the quick connector under the side of trailer, then I cut the regulator off of the grill fitting, then I got a short piece of 5/16 fuel line hose & hooked them together. It works great. Then I ordered a new regulator assembly from Coleman, in case I want to use it on small propane bottles away from trailer.

I don't know about the 2008 ROO, but we had a 2007 ROO 21SS and it only played CD's . We had to get a DVD player and hook to the television directly. I hope this will help you.

Glenwood Springs-try Glenwood Canyon Resort, a nice campground with RV sites(full hookups), tent sites, camping cabins, resort cabins, a white waterrafting outfitter. It's just off I-70 at exit 119 no name. Check it out at www.glenwoodcanyonresort.com

Our son lived in Glenwood Springs until recently(he managed the Blockbuster video store), in August last year we visited him and stayed at very nice campground just East of Glenwood, just off I-70 exit 119 (no name). The C/G is Glenwood Canyon Resort, the Colorado River goes around the C/G, white water rafting etc. They have RV sites(full hookups), tent sites, cabins. there web site- www.glenwoodcanyonresort.com, phone-800-970-6737 you need to make reservations, open year round.

RE: Slide strut for Roo.
We got 2 slide struts with our ROO 21SS (standard equipment), only used a couple times as the dealer said they recommend not needed.
Our Copper Canyon 5th wheel didn't come with them. We took a trip to Miami,Florida To the Orange Bowl the first of January, 3500 mile trip and never had any problem with slide(never moved at all) A GREAT TRIP.

We had some warranty issues on our ROO21SS about a year ago, I wasn't able to get any satisfaction from the dealer, they said Forest River wouldn't do anything.
I emailed the Forest River ROO factory rep. (he will get back to you) We coresponded back and forth and he sent me the parts I needed, I installed them myself which satisified me. Send email to-

Yes, 30,000 miles is the magic number to change or flush the Transmission Fluid.
This advise is coming from a Ford Transmission Tech of 48 years, retired 2 years ago and loving it!!!!!!!!!!

If you went to a Toy Hauler, would you need the sled deck?
Just run the sleds into the rear of the Toy Hauler.
Also you would need a WD hitch, a 4 point WD hitch is also a sway control.

moving up
we have enjoyed our ROO 21SS very much but we decided to trade it for a 2008 Copper Canyon 252FWRLS fith wheel trailer, we took delivery 10 days ago and have been camping every day since.
just am getting too old for the HARD beds, canvas ends, uncomfortable sofa etc.
have enjoyed reading & putting in my 2 cents on the HTT forum, I will join in my 2 cents on the Fifth-wheels forum & read the HTT forum also.
